really good idea. the music is a bit ominous and the level gets repetitive. more levels in the future and maybe puzzles would be really great. keep it up
A great idea in the right context, the game is good but for some reason in the browser i wasn't able to hear the music, also the level gets very repetitive very fast even with the new powerups, after the jam end please make more levels. With that said this is a solid entry in the BTP game jam, especially for a 13 year old, great job, I'm sure that you will make amazing things in the future.
Is there only like five levels which loop endlessly? After 10mins or so I stopped playing because it was just the same every time. Also the jump heigth and movement speed is directly dependant of the number on the upper left which makes it super buggy when you dont upgrade in the menu. Basically flying and moving super fast through the game is possible. Also you can throw boxes on the upper level which is out of screen. You can jump out of the menu by spamming jump. Those are all bugs...quite a few
Nevertheless, the gameplay is additive and if only there were more diverse levels and some polished controls it would be a great experience.
Overall I enjoyed my playthrough. Consider checking out my game too :)
The update is great! Now I wish there was a timer each round so I could speedrun it. also, if you ever remove the glitch that lets you get boxes from above, you should know there is also an easy glitch to get boxes above the cieling
by playing for a while, you become so fast and powerful the following things happen: 1: you noclip through anything. 2: you can grab the box at the front of the house by spamming the up arrow.
I also think you need a font like This to make it fit well with the art. and it would be better if a pixel art smile replaced the emoji.
another thing when you have insnaely high throwing power is that you can throw boxes through walls all the time. which is a horrible softlock when you get super high levels since you cant retrieve it. also you can run through boxes when urs speed is high. I assume that these are caused because its a frame-check for collisions. good game though!
I like it the movement is kinda weird I also found a way to jump as many times as i wanted to on first try so theres that but I found myself playing for 20 minutes so very addicting lol 8/10
Idk how to explain it really I just jumped somewhere i dont remember where but it made me have unlimited jumps sorry this doesn't really help but thats the best i can explain it

ok, you could've made more levels on different stages not just inside the house, I got all of the upgrades then I just got bored

Liked it! although it took a few mins to figure out how to get to the next floor on the first level! Overall good game for your first jam! 4/5

yea, I only had time to make one level so I thought I let the boxes spawn randomly and with different worth.

I threw a box through the right wall, because it went to fast for the trash can. so i went through it also, and I think its just a bottomless pit

Jumping on walls is called "wall jumping" and if you read the tutorial you can read that picking blocks up through walls is an "intentional feature".
